ENZO

Woohoo, this stuff is fun! Ahh, a dog and his boy, doesn't get any better. What? Sometimes even good boys have to be bad!

This is Enzo and he was adopted in April 2011, he's grown into a beautiful dog and his family say they love having him in their lives and couldn't be happier that they adopted him.

THORN

Who needs to go outside? I've got my very own tree right here.  I wonder which one is mine?

Hi Everyone, it's me Thorn and as you can see I'm doing great!! I've got a very nice family who love me especially the kids Chloe and Nathan (I really like sleeping on Nathan's bed.) This Christmas was a real treat for me, I loved having a tree in the house and it was lots of fun poking at the presents! It's good to be me!

BELLA

Beautiful Bella

Bella is a true happy ever after story. Many may recognize her as being at the shelter for many months before being adopted at the tender age of 10. Bella has found doggy heaven right here on earth! She's with a family that loves and cares for her, and has made her an important part of their family. These pictures are a great Christmas gift for everyone here at the shelter. (more pictures below)

COPPER

Do I really have to wear the hat for Santa?

Copper was adopted in May 2011 and has fit right into his new home and is a big part of the family. He doesn't look like he's too certain about this hat thing, but he's already gotten his Christmas gift....a forever home!

OLD BOY MATT

Old Boy Matt would like to wish all his furry friends a very Merry Christmas and a wish that they will find a loving home like he did in the new year. Matt was adopted in Nov. 2009 and has been enjoying the good life ever since!

MORA

This is Mora and she was adopted in June 2009. Mora looks every inch a grand lady and has been enjoying owning her own family since she was adopted!

JEWELS

Yep, I'm beautiful and spoiled! This is me with my sister Bella, she looks really annoyed with me, but I know she loves me ...hehehe... I'm chewing on this but I'm having that spider next!

As you can see Jewels is having plenty of fun for herself. Her sister Bella also came from the shelter (although from the look on Bella's face she's wondering when Jewels is going back!) Jewels mama says that she has a favorite toy to play with and she sleeps in a dog bed and likes to play fetch! Her doggy sister Bailey must be rubbing off on her!

Boe's family say that he's doing great and adopting him is one of the best decisions they ever made! (Way to go Boe!) Boe is no doubt as happy with his new family as they are with him.......we love happy endings.

MOE

Moe    Can you tell which one is the pumpkin?

This is Moe and he's one happy puppy since finding his family. His Mama Robyn says that he's a great dog that loves to be outside and just be a puppy. Moe also likes to go everywhere with his people and they are very happy to have Moe as a part of their family.

MARLOW (Larry at the shelter)

Marlow's owners say that he's a great boy, although he hates to be without them! Marlow is eager to please and loves his family, overall he's one happy boy!

HORATIO & YURI

Horatio and Yuri were adopted together. Their new mama says they are very different but both are great cats. Horatio is the attention hog and loves to snuggle while Yuri is the 'gentle giant'. Both are beautiful boys and we're so glad that they found a loving home.

PANTHER

This is Panther and he was adopted earlier this summer (2011) and as you can see he's beautiful. Panther's new mom describes him as a kitten in an adult cat body because he loves to play! Panther is now settled into his new home where he loves his new family and he is loved in return.

JEWELS

              

Hi, my name is Jewels and I was adopted from the Burin SPCA 4 weeks ago. I came to the shelter has a stray with my little sister. She too has since been adopted. There are so many beautiful cats and kittens available at this shelter. You really should take a look. You never know, you may find one like me! I was one of the lucky kittens to be given a chance to live a happy life. Here are a few pictures of me in my new home. There are 2 other cats and one big dog who thinks she is a cat. I surely have found my place and thanks to the SPCA taking me in, I have a forever home. Thanks Burin SPCA.

HARLEY

Harley has landed a 'dogs life' for himself and he couldn't be happier. Adopted in 2010 Harley now has a loving family and two doggie brothers! Harley is a happy boy and his owner calls him a 'gentle giant'. We love happy endings!

SPARKY

Sparky was recently adopted from the shelter and this 'mature' kitty has found a loving home. His new family says that he loves to snuggle and play and we just know that Sparky, a very loving guy, is happy at last!

TANGERINE & ZENITH (POPCORN)

    

Tangerine and Zenith (now named Popcorn) have settled into their new home very well as you can see from the above pictures. They have also discovered how good toast is and now their owner will never have a peaceful breakfast again!! They look fantastic and we're so happy that these beautiful and super loving cats have finally found their home! Hugs and Kisses from your shelter friends.

FIDO

Fido watching something in the distance

Many may remember that Fido was here at the shelter for a long time before being adopted. The wait was well worth it because this wonderful dog has found his forever and loving home. His mama sent us some pictures of him having a grand ole time on an outing one day. He looks amazing and very, very happy! (There are two more pics below of Fido.)

BELLE

Belle: Peek-a-boo

Belle (Waverly while at the shelter) was adopted in 2010. Belle's mom Lisa writes that Belle is her snuggle kitty and she loves to lay in Lisa's lap while she studies or is on computer. Belle certainly is a beautiful girl and we're so glad she's happy.

SPINNER

Spinner: Cheese    Spinner: Yep, this is the life

Spinner was adopted in January 2011 and his mommy Denise sent us pictures and an update on him. "Spinner is doing very well " (as we can see in the second picture!) "and he is such a sweet and loving dog".
